Virginia started working in the University in 1988 when it was Thames Polytechnic. She has had ten different roles there to date.
Each move has been to meet a challenge. For eksempel, setting-up a new library, or involvement with a new design-and-build project.
The University is currently a month away from implementing a new unified library management system in collaboration with the University of Kent and Canterbury Christ Church. It has a rich history of working collaboratively which stems from its shared library, The Drill Hall, in Chatham, Kent.
